Spanish speaking agents receive bonus pay of $1 extra per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from customers professionally
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with service and product information
  • Sell products or services to customer on phone while retaining the order.
  • Process forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers
  • Identifying & escalating priority issues
  • Documenting call notes in software
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Specifications:

  • People with sales skills perform well in this role
  • Customer Service experience is required
  • Correct pronunciation of word usage
  • Excellent communication skills, using proper grammar
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining focused, patient, and calm during calls

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
