We are looking for a long term customer service rep who is skilled with a 10 key adding machine, cash handling and daily reconciliations, providing superior customer service, answering customer inquiries, assisting with digital and virtual marketing methods, and creating trouble tickets, and scheduling service calls.
We are a mid sized company providing utility services to our customers, and we need someone to join our team who can jump in and do what needs to be done, learn about our business, keep on the cutting edge of changing technology and explain these changes to our customers and clients.
Must have a valid drivers license,
be able to pass a basic accounting skills test, including the 10-key test, have a clean background and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
