Lyons HR is searching for polite, well spoken, and professional Customer Service Call Center Specialist Representatives to work closely with team members to provide outstanding service to patients by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services. The Customer Service Call Center Specialist Representative may handle a high volume of inbound calls, and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

To be successful as a Call Customer Service Call Center Specialist Representative you should be customer focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should also be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Being able to identify and comprehending patient s needs, clarifying information, research every issue and provide solutions.Be able to respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that patient s feel supported and valued. Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
  • Strong time management and decision making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability
